Are these iron-on or sew-on patches?
Both options are available. Each product page states the backing type clearly. All iron-on patches can also be sewn for extra durability.
Will the patch stay on after washing?
Yes, when applied correctly. For extra durability, sewing around the edges of an iron-on patch is recommended. Avoid the dryer on freshly ironed-on patches.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale discounts?

What is your return policy?
Unused patches can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge.
How much do custom patches cost?
Custom patch prices depend on size, stitch count, and quantity. Use the custom quote builder for an instant price — there are no design fees for straightforward artwork.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum on custom orders. Wholesale orders start at just $30, and each product page shows its wholesale price group.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday, with tracking included.

Can you make a patch from my logo or artwork?
Yes. Send your artwork or logo, then pick the size, backing, and border style. Our Sialkot workshop digitizes and stitches it — thread by thread.
