Every order moves through real production stages — design approved, digitizing, stitching, quality check, packed, shipped — and you can follow along live on the order tracking page with your order number and email.

Custom orders include digitizing time before stitching begins, which is why they take a little longer than ready-made patches. We confirm the timeline with your official quote.

Returns & Guarantee

• 30-day returns — unused patches can be returned for a full refund.
• Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge.
• Quality is checked on every patch before it ships — clean edges, tight stitching, true colors.
